Complaints

Should you need to make a Complaint..

We take complaints very seriously, the first thing you need to do if you have a complaint is to speak to us to see if we can address it. We welcome yourselves and/or families to come to our office to discuss any complaints or we can come and see you. Alternatively, you can ring us or email us and we will get back to you within 24 hours. All customers are given a complaints procedure at the first initial assessment, you can also see this in the terms and conditions in the download section below.
