Complaints

Should you need to make a Complaint..

We take complaints very seriously, the first thing you need to do if you have a complaint is to speak to us to see if we can address it. We welcome yourselves and/or families to come to our office to discuss any complaints or we can come and see you.  Alternatively, you can ring us on 01472 426465 or email us on complaints@Acehomecare.co.uk and we will get back to you within 24 hours. All customers are given a complaints procedure at the first initial assessment, you can also see this in the terms and conditions in the download section below.
